What should I send?
A photo of the window from outside, one from inside, and the street the house is on.
How soon will I hear back?
On the next working day. Texts sent after four in the afternoon are answered first thing.
Is there a charge for the visit?
The estimate says what the visit covers and whether there's a charge, in writing, before you agree to it.
